Stuck on "Waiting for printer to become available"? Try This

It happened on my Macbook Pro 13' 2020 Intel version with Big Sur 11.2.2

The HP 2520hc printer is using driver provided by manufacturer, and it can not print. Just show Waiting for printer to become available message.

So here's what I did:
  • Go to Apple Menu, System Preferences, Printers & Scanners
  • Hold Ctrl and click anywhere on list and click Reset Printing System
  • Open Finder, choose Go on menu bar, select Go To Folder, write Library/Printers
  • Select All Folders, delete it. (or choose the folder with your printer's manufacture name, delete it)
  • Go to Apple website to download printer driver, in my case, the link is https://support.apple.com/kb/dl1888?locale=en_US
  • Install it
  • Done
(There's some suggestion in some forum to not to install software from the printer manufacturer.)
